The deadline for submission is Friday May 1, 2020 at 11:59 pm EST.
Submitting authors will be notified of abstract acceptance by Monday May 11, 2020 at 11:59 pm EST. A presentation date and time will be included in the email notifying the author of acceptance. Authors must confirm their intent and ability to present their accepted abstract with an email response to their acceptance email by Friday May 15, 2020 at 11:59 pm EST. Failure to respond via email by that deadline will be interpreted as the author declining the offer for presentation. Any requests for alternate presentation dates or times must be made prior to this deadline. The Program Committee will make reasonable efforts to accommodate authors’ requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
