Applications for membership at various levels may be initiated with completion of the form on the right and the required supplemental paperwork as included below:
An Active Member must be a diplomate of ABOG and certified in Gynecologic Oncology. Active Members shall have voting rights and be required to pay dues. (In addition to the form, please include a Letter of Interest, one letter of support from an Active, Charter, or Emeritus Member and a current curriculum vitae.)
A Candidate Member is an individual who has completed a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology who anticipate specialty certification. Candidate Members shall not have voting rights. Candidate Members are required to pay dues.  (In addition to the form, please include a Letter of Interest, one letter of support from an Active, Charter, or Emeritus Member and a current curriculum vitae.)
An Associate Member has qualifications in Gynecologic Oncology or other equivalent specialties (e.g. Medical Oncology) and include advanced practice providers. Associate Members shall not have voting rights. Associate Members are required to pay dues.   (In addition to the form, please include a Letter of Interest, one letter of support from an Active, Charter, or Emeritus Member and a current curriculum vitae.)
Change to Emeritus Member – a letter requesting change in status from Active or Associate Member to Emeritus based upon age 65 years or older and retirement from the clinical practice of medicine.
Please note: Prior to election as an Active or Associate Member, applicants must attend a meeting of the association and present a paper or actively participate in discussion.
