Abstract Submission – Deadline Extended to April 8, 2026

Abstract Deadline and Selection Process

The abstract deadline submission date for NEAGO 2026 has been extended to Wednesday, April 8, 2026. (This new date should still give authors of selected abstracts the opportunity to make their reservations prior to the hotel cut-off date of May 6, 2026.)

  • All abstracts must be sponsored by a NEAGO member (please advise member’s name when submitting your abstract).
  • Encore abstracts cannot be accepted.
  • Submitting authors will be notified of abstract acceptance along with a presentation date and time.
  • Authors must confirm their intent and ability to present their accepted abstract via email within one week of email notification.
  • Failure to respond via email within that timeframe will be interpreted as the author declining the offer for presentation.
  • Abstracts selected for presentation by the Program Committee will be published on the NEAGO website.
